We had no expectation of any special deal, nor of a wedding gift. We really wanted you to do it because of who you are – a very dear friend, and someone who has been a shining example of kindness, compassion, integrity and true family values.

However, we also do not want to insult you by refusing a gift so we are going to graciously accept.
